Daniel built his career of more than 25 years in the consumer products industry as head of different companies with full profit accountability of the businesses. He has a dynamic style of leadership in all differing single market or regional roles with global and Asia-listed MNCs such as Clarins Asia Pacific, British American Tobacco Global Duty Free, Heineken Asia Pacific Breweries China, Watsons Singapore and Eu Yan Sang Group.

The National University of Singapore alumnus spent over a third of his career based in overseas markets and another six years in Regional Director roles overseeing the Asia Pacific region. Daniel also spent a short 2 years in Consultancy roles for Temasek Holdings as well as Fraser & Neave Group before joining POKKA Pte Ltd end of 2018. He currently oversees the Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Corporate & Brand Communications, Channel Strategy, Agency Brand Management and Business Development. Daniel continues to bring POKKA Group to greater heights with his extensive experience in the FMCG industry.

With a career spanning 20 years in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain and strategy consultancy, Rex brings an impressive array of cross-functional talent and experience to the Group. His background in engineering, operations, business administration, strategy and finance combines state-of-the-art knowledge across the full spectrum on the business process from starting new businesses, to building growth markets and turning around loss-making concerns. Before joining the Group, Rex served as Director of South East Asia Consulting arm with PricewaterhouseCoopers South East Asia Consulting and Strategy & where he was involved in providing consultancy in various areas including Supply Chain, Strategy, Corporate and Digital Transformation. Having lived and worked in eight countries, Rex is firmly in touch with the global and regional nuances that drive good business from US to Vietnam, and beyond.
